Retirement Tools for Federal Employees
Improve and Maximize your Federal Benefits
Fers101 is designed for you!
Ask Questions, Get Answers, See Your Future
The purpose of FERS101 is to give you a resource that does not exist anywhere in Federal Government. A resource that can help you lower your monthly costs, improve performance and take the guess work out of building a successful plan for your future retirement. The first step is to become a member and begin to enter your retirement information.
FERS retirement Made Easy
The FERS101 platform provides answers to the questions you ask most, the challenges you face and the priorities you most often want to focus on improving.
As a user of the FERS101 platform, you will gain perspective and insights to help you understand each aspect of your personal and family needs. Weather you want just the basics or some ideas on strategy – we have you covered. If you are a female federal worker, you face different challenges, we have you covered. With content that is easy to understand and makes sense.

How FERS101 Works
One of the most exciting features is your ability to create a personalized account that gives you a real snap shot of your personalized benefits report. This tool is the first of it’s kind that allows you to make adjustments immediately to change you assumptions and improve your retirement right before your eyes.
Anytime, day or night you can access content and information to help you plan and build your future. Gone are the days of having to sit through hours of presentations and workshops. Now, you can simply find the content you need using simple, short and concise videos that tell you only what you need to know.
We developed FERS101 because Federal Employees wanted a place to find answers and solutions that are not provided by the Federal Government (due to budget cuts and poor training). Our system is for Federal Employees who want answers without always having to attend a workshop and talking with a Financial Advisor when trying to answer basic questions.
